  2. Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues

If you're struggling to connect to the Wi-Fi network of your 360-degree camera, the following steps can help:

Fix Your Wi-Fi Settings: If your mobile device is currently connected to another Wi-Fi network, it may prevent it from connecting to the camera. Disconnect from the current Wi-Fi network to allow the camera to establish a connection. Once successful, the app will display a message confirming the connection.

Check Your Firmware: Ensure your camera is up to date with the latest firmware. Regular checks for firmware updates are recommended to maintain optimal performance.

  3. Firmware Update and Connection Issues

While not having the latest firmware should not generally cause any connection issues, it's always advisable to keep your camera updated for optimal functionality. If difficulties persist even after updating to the latest firmware, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

  4. Firmware Updates via ConstructN

Please note, you cannot initiate firmware updates through the ConstructN app. For firmware updates, you need to refer to the manufacturer's website or use their dedicated app.

  5. Information About the Latest Firmware Version

ConstructN does not maintain information about the latest firmware version. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or app for up-to-date information on firmware updates.
