Capture Upload
Updated over a week ago

Interior capture data upload is highly simplified.

There are primarily 2 steps in the data upload process:

I. Sync data from 360-camera to the mobile

To be able to upload to the cloud, the captured data first needs to be synced from 360 camera to the phone. It is then uploaded to the cloud from the phone. Please ensure that the camera is connected to the mobile through Wi-Fi before initiating the sync, else you will receive the below alert.

Note: Connect 360 camera with phone through camera Wi-Fi before initiating sync.

Once your phone is connected to camera through it's Wi-Fi, press on the sync data icon at the top right in the capture app. This initiates data sync between 360-camera and the mobile via the capture app.

Please note that you would not be able to use the capture app once the sync is initiated. Hence, it is recommended that you complete all your planned captures and then initiate the sync.

Once the data sync is completed, you would be notified the same.

In case of any issue, an error message is displayed and you would need to re-initiate the sync.

Reinitiate Sync: Ever had problems syncing with the 360 camera?

Simply ,Reconnect the camera, tap the sync icon, select the files, and confirm sync to resume seamlessly.

Whenever there is a problem syncing a file, those files are marked

with error icon as seen in the screenshot below

II. Upload capture data from mobile to cloud

After the data sync between 360-camera and mobile is complete, you can initiate data upload to the platform. We recommend that you connect to a good Wi-Fi (or be in a place that has good mobile data connectivity, if the Wi-Fi option is not available) to start the data upload.

Note: Connect your phone with active internet source before initiating upload.

After completion of data sync from 360-camera, you will see a data upload icon

at the top right of the capture app screen. Press on the data upload icon in the capture app to initiate the upload to the platform cloud.

Once the data upload is completed, you would be notified the same on the upload screen and receive an upload confirmation email. You will also receive a push notification if you have enabled notifications on your iPhone.

In case of any issue, an error message is displayed and you would need to re-initiate the data upload.

Seamless Handling of Large Uploads Uploading numerous files is now interruption-free.

In case of internet disconnection, reinitiate the upload for remaining files by tapping the upload icon, selecting files with an error status, and confirming upload.

Whenever there is an issue with uploading, those files are marked with error icon as seen in the screenshot below
