Introducing Tags: Simplify Issue and Task Classification
"Tags" feature empowers you to efficiently categorize and classify issues and tasks. With Tags, you can easily organize and search for specific items based on customized labels, enabling streamlined management and quick retrieval of relevant information.

Configurable Tags: Tags can be personalized at a project level to align with your unique workflow and requirements. You have the flexibility to define the types of tags that best represent the various aspects of your projects, such as project stages, locations, or any other relevant classification criteria. As of now, you can configure tags only in our web application.
Steps to configure:Navigate to the project summary page and click on the three dots on the top right corner of a project card.
Click on ‘Project Configuration’ and select ‘Tags’ to add/remove options.
Effortless Tagging: When creating or editing an issue or task, you can assign one or more tags to provide meaningful context and categorization. This simplifies the process of classifying items based on their attributes, enabling easy identification and organization.
Improved Filtering: The Tags feature enhances your ability to filter specific issues or tasks efficiently. By utilizing tags, you can filter results, and easily retrieve items associated with specific tags. This saves you valuable time and effort in navigating through your project data.
Steps to use filtering:Click on the issue list or task list buttons shown in green boxes here . These options show up when you are in any reality view. You will then see a list of issues.
Look for the filter option and click on the same. Among the various options you will also see a section for ‘Tags’ with a list of check boxes against ‘tags’ associated for that project.
You can choose the relevant ones that you want to filter by.
Enhanced Collaboration: Tags enable effective collaboration by providing a shared classification system among team members. Everyone involved can utilize the same set of tags, ensuring consistency and enabling seamless communication and understanding of issue/task attributes.
