First-time Login

If you're logging in to Constructn.ai for the first time, you would have received an account invite via email with subject 'Thanks for signing up <First Name>!'. In some cases, if you haven't activated your account promptly, this invitation may have expired.

Solution: You can request a new invitation email by trying logging in to ConstructN and requesting a new email.

If you are still unable to activate your account, please send an email to our support team at [email protected]. Let them know about the issue, and they will promptly send you a new account invitation email.

Password Reset

If you're experiencing issues with your password or have forgotten it, below is how you can regain access to your account.


  • On the login page of ConstructN, click on the 'Forgot Password' link (found below the login fields).

  • Input the email address associated with your account.

  • Click on the 'Reset Password' or similar button.

  • You should receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow these instructions, and you'll be able to set a new password and regain access to your account.
